How to specify grade, size and delivery condition
A clear material list helps reduce follow-up questions. Use the following structure to prepare your requirements.

Keep the grade complete
Keep all letters, numbers, symbols and suffixes, and state the applicable standard. Distinguish the same grade used with different processing routes.
Include units
List thickness, width and length with their units. Make clear whether quantity is measured in tonnes, kilograms, sheets or coils.
List conditions to confirm
List surface condition, delivery condition, inspection documents and packing separately. Mark undecided requirements for discussion instead of guessing.
